The Electronic Medication Administration Record System (eMAR) is a leading digital tool that enhances resident safety and care home efficiency by replacing paper-based MAR charts. The Person Centred Software eMAR system connects care homes directly to pharmacy dispensing systems, providing easy access to eMAR data and offering greater flexibility in working with preferred pharmacies.

PainChek is an AI-powered tool that helps assess pain levels in residents, especially those unable to verbalize their discomfort. Using a smartphone camera, PainChek analyses facial muscle movements to detect signs of pain, making it particularly useful for residents with dementia, cognitive impairments, or other communication challenges. We also continue using manual assessment methods for residents who can reliably express their discomfort. This combined approach ensures personalized and effective pain management for all residents

The Ally Resident Acoustic Monitoring system, implemented with NHS South West London Integrated Care Board, enhances care by allowing staff to monitor residents without disturbing their sleep. By detecting sounds and motions, Ally alerts staff only when assistance is needed, reducing falls and helping carers manage their time more efficiently. Each room is equipped with an Ally device, which keeps staff informed in real-time through an app, enabling prompt responses and accurate assessments.
