Caroline has a background of running a charity for over 20 years; a charity supporting people with learning needs and/or disabilities. Her role at the White House is to support all residents' activities, indoors and outdoors. Her ethos is to encourage people to engage and enjoy every opportunity, no matter what barriers we may need to remove. Caroline brings a lot of light and innovation, and bridges the gap across generations.
