With the  transition to electronic care plans, comes the added benefit of families having access to our online family engagement platform ResHub. Res hub is an app that has been designed to elevate communication between families, residents, and care teams. The ResHub app introduces a wide range of features that make staying connected simpler and more meaningful than ever.​ From a phone or a computer, families can gain an in-depth view of their loved one’s daily life and health through receiving detailed, real-time updates on care activities, health status, and overall well-being. ResHub's intuitive calendar feature also helps families track events, appointments, and activities tied to your loved one’s care, ensuring NOKs are always up-to-date.

Other Engagement

At TWH, we use shared Google Photos albums to ensure friends and families are always up to date with photos of their resident's activities. Additionally, we send a monthly newsletter to all of our TWH friends and families, which includes all of the latest news and updates from the Home.
