Through Person Centred Software (PCS)'s digital care planning system, we have transitioned to fully digital, personalised electronic care plans to enhance the quality, accuracy, and efficiency of resident care. Care records are maintained digitally in which all care staff can input and access data, including vital details such as residents' medication, daily care routines, mobility needs, fluid intake, and dietary requirements.
The benefits of this system are clear: with real-time care input, staff members can now document services as they are delivered. This digital shift has streamlined care documentation, eliminating the need for labour-intensive paper records and reducing the potential for errors.
