TWH RETAINS ITS CQC OUTSTANDING RATING!

We are incredibly proud to share that, following our latest Care Quality Commission (CQC) inspection in February this year, The White House Nursing Home has once again been rated as overall Outstanding.

CQC INSPECTION REPORT

TWH IMPROVES ON ITS PREVIOUS TWO OUTSTANDING-RATED ASSESSMENT CATEGORIES TO OUTSTANDING IN FOUR OUT OF FIVE CATEGORIES.

This rating is a fantastic achievement and a true reflection of the dedication, compassion, and commitment shown by our whole team every single day.

The report highlights that we are performing exceptionally well across multiple areas, with an incredible Outstanding rating in FOUR out of FIVE assessment categories of Effective, Caring, Well-Led and Responsive and Good in the category of Safe, demonstrating consistently high standards of care throughout the home. Achieving Outstanding in the majority of the areas these reflects exceptional quality and leadership.

Inspectors recognised our strong, person-centred approach, praising the way residents are supported to live fulfilling lives, with meaningful activities, compassionate care, and a warm, inclusive environment. The report also highlights the positive culture within the home, strong leadership, and the excellent feedback received from residents, families, and professionals.

The rating truly reflects the person-centred care at the heart of everything we do. It highlights how we always put individuals first, respecting their choices, dignity, and independence.
