Fresh from receiving our Platinum Gold Standard Framework Award last month, TWH was honoured to be recognised as the Best Business for Commitment to Customer Service at The Kingston Business Excellence Awards 2019!
TWH were already very proud winners in last year's 2018 Kingston Business Excellence Awards as "Best SME" & "Kingston Business of the Year". However to be crowned winners in this particular category of "Best Business for Commitment to Customer Service" in is an extra special recognition. For all the staff at TWH, providing the best service and care is what we strive to achieve daily for each and every single resident. On announcing the award, the judges commented: "TWH is recognised as outstanding within their industry, customer service is at the centre of everything this business does. The staff really do go the extra mile to look after all of their residents."

"So ... whatever's next?!" we hear you ask! Well ... it's the South London Business Awards 2019 for which we received automatic entry as a Finalist following our crowning as "Kingston Business of the Year 2018" last year. The South London Business Awards puts us on a huge platform against all our south London regional business colleagues.
