WINNERS OF 'EXCELLENCE IN CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE AWARD', HIGHLY COMMENDABLE RUNNERS UP FOR 'BEST IN HEALTH AND WELLBEING' AWARD
TWH were delighted to be winners again at the Kingston Borough Business Awards (KBBA) last month, winning the prestigious Award for 'Excellence in Customer Experience'. We also achieved runner up status as Highly Commended in the 'Best in Health and Wellbeing' category.
Held at the stunning All Saints Church in Kingston's Marketplace on the 22nd of February, TWH joined dozens of businesses from across the borough for this prestigious event, with beautifully adorned tables of nominees each representing a unique slice of Kingston Upon Thames' vibrant business community.
Represented by Co-Directors Salima and Rahim, Registered Manager Ajitha, Home Services Administrator Shirley and Home Liaison Emily, TWH were announced as 'Highly Commendable' - the status given to runners-up - in the 'Best in Health and Wellbeing' category in one of the first awards of the night. This in itself was a moment of pride for our dedicated care team, and a testament to the unwavering commitment to excellence from all of our fantastic staff and volunteers that defines TWH.
The excitement built towards the eagerly awaited final category – the 'Excellence in Customer Experience' Award. In a field of thirty-five businesses that had submitted to this category, including contenders from very large corporations, TWH triumphed as the overall winner despite being a small independent, family-run home. The winning of this Award highlights the exceptional dedication and hard work of our entire TWH family!
